Victoria Speer is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with, and we have worked with many (10+) over the years. She helped us sell our Quail Hollow home that had been languishing on the market for over two years. We had already moved and she helped with staging and improvements that ultimately led to a sale. She is savvy about how to price and market a $1 million+ home, utilizing both social media and traditional means. Victoria Speer is a phenomenal real estate agent, and now friend. A year before I closed on my current house, I signed a contract to build a townhouse with another agent. We ran into issue after issue with that townhouse - the timeline got delayed by over a year, many key pieces about the house and neighborhood were changed, and I tried to get out of the contract (unbeknownst to me before signing, the builder was one that has no interest in their clients, and is purely built to generate profits with no regards for taking care of their clients). I fell in love with the second one, and she aggressively negotiated a great price on a house that I wouldn’t have been able to otherwise afford. She read the closing documents and contract in great detail and kept me in the loop regarding anything I should know. Being a first-time home buyer, I had full confidence in my decision, because Victoria has helped me make it. I’ve been in my home for about two and a half months and I love it! Victoria has stayed in touch, helped me find painters and handymen, and regularly checks in to see if I need assistance with anything and to make sure I’m still very happy with my house.
