In addition to her advisory role, Bailee is the CEO and Founder of Hustle and Close, an executive real estate operations and marketing firm that supports agents and teams through transaction coordination, systems, and execution. Outside of real estate, Bailee is a devoted wife and mother of two daughters. Her husband is a mortgage lender, giving their family a well-rounded, firsthand understanding of the home-buying process from both the real estate and financing perspectives.
