His biggest mentor and father figure has been his grandfather, who runs Western Innovations, Inc. in Denver. From running packaging lines to managing operations, his grandfather built a business that epitomized resilience, grit, and service excellence, lessons that shaped Chase’s work ethic from a young age.

First Career: HVACR + Early Fatherhood

Before Chase ever thought about finance or mortgages, he was deeply immersed in the world of commercial HVACR and refrigeration work, a field that demands precision, problem-solving, long hours, and teamwork. There’s no room for shortcuts when it’s 20°F outside and systems have to work.

At the same time, life was changing quickly. Chase became a dad to two daughters, and that responsibility only strengthened his work ethic. His daily rhythm was intense:

  • Full-time HVACR + service calls

  • Overtime and on-call schedules

  • Running pizzas on the side just to make ends meet

By age 25, Chase had accomplished something many struggle with for years, he became a homeowner.
